Flights follow EU 2019/947, and the flight log is written from real telemetry rather than typed in afterwards — pilot, aircraft, duration and altitude land in the operator logbook by themselves.
INSWhat about insurance and airworthiness?
The fleet record tracks each aircraft's insurance and its expiry, battery cycles and maintenance, and warns before anything lapses. Pilot qualifications with their validity live in the same place.
GDPRWhere do the photos and telemetry live?
On our own server in the EU. The client link can be revoked at any time, and the report expires after 30 days by default.
OPSHow long until the first inspection?
The account is free and takes a minute. A first site visit needs the location, the airspace check and a weather window — usually within a week.
